Pay Scale:
Candidates will be appointed in the following Pay Matrix after completion of the training period of OPTCL Recruitment 2023
- Junior Management Trainee (Electrical): Rs. 44,900/- to Rs. 1,42,400/- PM
- Office Assistant Grade-III: Rs. 29,200/- to Rs. 92,300/- PM
- Stenographer Grade-III: Rs. 29,200/- to Rs. 92,300/- PM
Educational Qualification:
Here is the Minimum Educational Qualification required for OPTCL Recruitment 2023 for the above Posts
- Junior Management Trainee (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution. The minimum percentage of marks required for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates is 50%.
- Office Assistant Grade-III Trainee: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Examination from a Recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% Marks. In case of SC / ST / PwBD 50%.
- Stenographer Grade-III Trainee: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Examination of a recognized University / Institute. She / He must have a Stenography certificate from a recognized Institute / Diploma in secretarial practice or Office Management.
- Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainee: HSC pass from a recognized Board or equivalent and ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade from NCVT with minimum 60% marks for General & SEBC candidates and 50% for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.
Age Limit:
Candidates should meet the following Maximum Age Limit for OPTCL Recruitment 2023 for the above Trainee Posts.
- For Junior Management Trainees (Electrical) Posts: 21 – 32 Years
- For Office Assistant Grade-III (Trainee) Posts: 21 – 32 Years
- For Stenographer Grade-III (Trainee) Post: 21 – 32 Years
- For Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainee Posts: 18 – 32 Years
- Age Relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.
